Till we contracted with LastSpam we were inundated with spam and had tried several different solutions; many were good but when your potential clients can't reach you or have to go through a complex process for their mail to reach you we reneged.  White lists and black lists are great - if you have the time to manage them.  LastSpam works flawlessly and retains several hundred pieces of spam daily while never blocking new senders; the odd spam that finds its way through is less than 1%.  I highly recommend LastSpam to any business that relies on being contacted by email.
